I very rarely incorporate wods such as this one, but looked at it, analyzed it, made a few faces of like “ooooo that’s gonna hurt”, and thought to myself let’s honor this man. Grab a friend and get it done. It’s always a good feeling to put yourself through workouts in memory of a fighting fallen soldier. Test your physical, but more importantly your mental. There will be moments in the workout where you will want to quit. Take a deep breath, think about those that wish they could be doing what you are at the moment, and keep on moving.
